1. Return Period

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All returned products must include any accessories, manuals, or other items included at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been significantly used or opened cannot be returned.
  • Certain items (such as personalized products, intimate items, or sale items) may not be eligible for return. This exclusion will be specified on the product page.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization and the address for returning the product.
  2. Carefully package the product to be returned, including all accessories and the original packaging.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, shipping error, etc.).

4. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
  • If the return is rejected (damaged, used product, etc.), we will return the product to you at your expense, or you may collect it from our premises.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Returnable Items
